During this week you will experience several inter-island routes visiting places including: Fataga, Artenara, Tejeda, Moya, Teror, and Aldea.

Important information - please read.

These roads are challenging and technical and this motorcycle tour is not for the faint hearted, novice, nervous, infrequent or inexperienced rider or if you are scared of heights.

Please also note, while this is not a particularly 'fast-paced' ride, we do need to make progress and often keeping up with the speed limits of the road. Riding in a group can be a challenge - all staying together. We are not able to stop at every junction to wait for slow riders to catch up. It is unfair for other riders, breaks up the momentum of the ride and spoils the fun for everyone. Therefore, if you are a super slow rider, this may not be ride for you. Please think hard before booking this tour.

What’s included.

While you can state a preference for your choice of motorcycle, we will try to accommodate you, however, we tend to allocate bikes on arrival depending on a person height and whether they have a pillion passenger. You must be prepared to ride any of these bikes when booking.

All our bikes have:

  • Top box, frunk and/or tank bags.
  • Current ITV (MOT).
  • Insurance and tax.

These bikes are perfect for the job here and are maintained to a very high standard.

Bringing a non riding partner

This is a motorcycle tour not a package holiday. We use a local 4 star hotel based around the corner from our base. It is a business conference type hotel not a tourist hotel. We chose this location with our riders in mind, close to our base, great access to the mountain, a local town so food and drinks are a lot cheaper in comparison to the tourist resorts of the south. Sadly, this does mean that there is not a great deal of things to do if you are not riding. We do not and have not catered for non riders.

The hotel we use is detailed on the accommodation page on this website. The nearest beach is 3km away and is more of a sports beach for windsurfing rather than a tourist sunbathing beach.

If you are thinking about bringing a non rider take a look on TripAdvisor for things to do in Vecindario. If your friend or partner is a little adventurous, then Vecindario does have super transport links to both the resorts in the south and the capital Las Palmas for some great days out.

Riders who bring non riding friends or partners may prefer sourcing other accommodation in the holiday areas in south and hire a car to travel to us daily. We can't commit to picking people up everyday.

Look forward to meeting you soon.

Tour Requirements

Please remember to bring:

  • driving licence
  • relevant holiday insurance that covers you to ride over 125cc - we insure the bike not the rider !!!
  • boots
  • suitable riding trousers

We can provide jackets, helmets and gloves (although for a week-long tour, most people prefer to bring their own gear.)

Don’t forget your GoPro or cameras!
